THE LITURGICAL SCHEDULE of Ushers, Lectors, Ministers of Communion, Acolytes, etc. for March through June will soon be compiled.  If you will be away during that time and unavailable to serve, please phone Jean McNutt at 860.535.9455 by today, and we will do our best to avoid scheduling you at an inconvenient time.

The FLOWER GUILD NEEDS DONATIONS TO ASSURE WE HAVE ALTAR FLOWERS EACH SUNDAY.  There are many open dates!  Please consider making a donation of $60. as a memorial gift or in thanksgiving for blessings.  You may just phone Phyllis at 860.535.1181 to check the date and to give us the wording you’d like to appear in the bulletin.  Then mail your check or place it in the alms basin with a memo of “Altar Flowers” and the date.  Questions?  Phone Gloria Gorby (535-0578), Flower Guild Chair, or Phyllis in the office.

IT’S BACK!  Resurrection Marmalade - $6/jar – proceeds go to Calvary Music School.  Marmalade is available in the church office.

THE COOKIN’ WITH CALVARY COOKBOOKS ARE HERE!  Pick up your copy today –This keepsake includes over 200 delicious recipes from the Calvary Nursery School families, Calvary community, and local friends and businesses.  Hard cover books are professionally published and available at Mystic Market East (near the front register) or by contacting Christine Cabral at 860.445.7733 or cabrals@rocketmail.com.  All proceeds go to Calvary Nursery School programs and Calvary Outreach initiatives.  Thank you for your support!

COFFEE HOUR HOSTS are needed.  It is an easy ministry to provide a few simple sweets and to make coffee for those wanting to share fellowship and camaraderie after the 10:00 service.  If you could do this just once or twice a year, it would be a tremendous help to Calvary.  Please sign up on the sign-up sheet posted in the Parish Hall.  Your help will be appreciated!

“Heart”-y Valentine’s Day SOUP-A-THON at The United Church of Stonington on Sat., Feb. 14th from 5:30 to 7 p.m.  There will be a wide assortment of soups, chowders, and chilis!  Sample as many as you like!  $10. gets you a bowl, spoon, and dessert!  Children 12 years and under - $6.  Dining room and restroom are handicapped-accessible.

SHARE YOUR HOME WITH A CHILD – FOSTER PARENTS NEEDED!!!  Waterford Country School Foster Care is seeking families who can provide loving homes for children, ages 8-18, with special emotional and behavioral needs.  They will provide you with intensive training including weekly visits from a staff professional, around-the-clock crisis intervention, a large network of foster families facing similar challenges, ongoing training, and a substantial monthly reimbursement.  For more information on helping a child in need, please call Laura at WCS Foster Care, 860-886-7500, x180.
